Beneath the symptoms, behind the posturing, and inside the systems we've normalized...
There are costs we’ve stopped accounting for. Through speaking, I help people consider what they may be overlooking, question their assumptions, and rethink what's in need of attention or repair—so they're better equipped to lead with clarity and confidence moving forward.
Speaking Topics
Strategy & Operations
Smart teams stay stuck solving the wrong issues while the actual blockers go unnoticed.
This talk delivers a diagnostic approach for leaders to spot friction points across delivery, operations, pipeline, and leadership, so they can find what's really broken—and solve for it.
Culture & Leadership
Most corporate systems reward compliance and punish curiosity, then wonder why progress stalls and top talent leaves.
This talk shows how to flip that script and make curiosity a competitive driver instead of a liability.
Choose what distraction-free insight looks like.
I meet people in the mess. I don't pretend the hard stuff isn't hard. My talks name the real tension, then help you do something useful with it.

					About Sadie Shepard
Sadie doesn't have letters after her name. She has something better: lived-in proof that corporate systems can be both profitable and human.
As a former corporate leader who burned out from cosplaying and politics, she launched her own practice with the goal of learning how to build an authentic career rooted in mutual benefit. She brings lived credibility to every topic she presents. She's led inside the chaos of post-merger integrations as an underestimated department head, launched products in new markets with nothing but a lofty target to hit, and managed every which direction and personality between internal & external stakeholders. She has both the operational expertise and human insight to see what others miss.
As a neurodivergent professional who has navigated a variety of work environments, seasons of intense personal crises, and rapid organizational change repeatedly, Sadie speaks from experience, not theory. She's someone people call when they need someone to either name what everyone else is avoiding or to challenge or reframe what they think they understand. She's empathetic and practical—and sometimes she swears.
Her superpower is finding root causes "several layers deeper" than where people often think to look, whether in business systems, team dynamics, or the cultural patterns that silently undermine everything else.
Trusted by leaders at companies like Superhuman, WeWork, Pinterest, and Oracle, she creates space for teams to see clearly, think differently, and design systems that keep humanity at the center.
