I often stepped out of my formal JD to fix system issues that were hurting the health of the business.
Bleeding time, talent, and trust isn't a "later" problem, and when treated as such, I watched the same show play out, then moved on, before launching my own practice to share my knowledge with a larger audience.

I’ve also rebuilt customer success programs post-acquisition across 7 brands and architected GTM strategies, compensation models, and internal ops for multi-brand rollups.
